Junior League (Ages 11–12)
The Junior League at Little Giants Baseball Academy is built for 11–12 year-olds who are serious about development. Training is fast-paced, structured, and focused on game-ready performance in every rep.
Players are coached on advanced mechanics, decision-making, and competitive habits so they can execute under pressure and lead on the field.

What Players Will Develop
Advanced Pitching
Refine mechanics for velocity, command, and consistency. Pitchers learn a repeatable delivery, arm-care routines, and how to build a pitch plan for each hitter.
Situational Hitting
Train to execute in game situations: moving runners, hitting behind, driving in runs with two outs, and adjusting approach based on count, pitcher, and score.
Defensive Positioning
Learn where to be and why on every pitch. We coach pre-pitch reads, depth and angle by position, cut-off responsibilities, and how to anticipate the next play.
Mental Game & Competitive Habits
Develop routines, focus, and resilience. Players are taught how to handle pressure, respond to failure, communicate with teammates, and lead with their body language and effort.
